So it’s a good 10 days PAST my 35th birthday, but hey, we are celebrating my birthday month, right? This blog launch has taken a little longer than I thought, but that’s ok. I kept praying for God’s timing! (Side note: and if you only knew of the problems that came up just 24 hours before I published this–whew!)

Ever since I’ve had my blog, I have done some sort of birthday bash giveaway where I create a new workout (& sometimes giveaway some gifts!)  This year is no different (although, I’m a little late!) AND I’m combining it with a brand new site!

I’ve had this routine in my brain since November but never taped it. It is one of my favorite songs to workout to! It is a little funky, so have fun with it! Don’t worry–no one is watching! This 4 minute video will work your entire body! Just grab 1 weight (or if you are just starting out, feel free to leave it out!) and keep it near you.

Thanks to my “videographer” and friend, Hannah, for always helping me out! Low-budget works! haha!

I recommend watching this video one time through before you do it. I move pretty quickly from exercise to exercise, so it helps to do so before.
