Hi friends! I’ve got a loaded post here, so hang on!!

First off, if you follow me on instagram or Facebook, you saw that I had the chance to meet and hang out with 2 of the 3 founders of REFIT Revolution! You may have heard me talk about them on a previous Shed & Share, but if you love Zumba, you will love them! I took a 90 minute masters class and it was so much fun! I have to admit–I’ve done one zumba dance class in the past 5 years, so while I had fun, I was definitely fumbling my way through it! (Don’t ya wish you had a video of that!) The energy was amazing and I am happy to have another option to add into my routine!

After class, Angela, Catherine, and I grabbed dinner. 3 hours later and we still didn’t cover everything we wanted to!! (I’m wearing a shirt from Revelation Wellness!) I’m fairly certain this isn’t the last we’ll see each other!
