Recipe: *Kid-Friendly* Fluffy Peanut Butter Dip

May 9, 2011

I got this recipe from my friend, Julia quite a few years ago. I have made it for many parties, play-dates and of course, for my family to enjoy. It’s very kid-friendly, so use this as a healthier way to beef up some protein for your kids!

The original recipe calls for vanilla yogurt, but I substituted greek yogurt since I’ve been trying to add that in. It bumps up the protein grams by almost double. The greek yogurt made it a bit more “thick”, so if you don’t like the consistency, use regular vanilla yogurt!

Fluffy Peanut Butter Dip

♦ 1/2 Cup peanut butter

♦ 1/2 Cup whipped topping

♦ 8oz Vanilla yogurt (greek or normal)

♦ Dash of cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together and stir! Serve with graham sticks, strawberries, bananas, or apples! (I even like eating it all by itself!)

Yes–“Cool Whip” or you could try “Reddi Whip”

Yummy! The dash of cinnamon adds a unique flavor to the peanut butter dip. My boys loved it too! Thanks!

This is great! You can also make your own pita chips sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar, yummy!
