I know this is new but I would like to make a suggestion maybe for the future. I know for myself, I need motivation! It sounds like you’re very good at motivation and leadership so maybe some audio from you here that we could play before or during workouts would be great!
Also….video workouts or something similar might be fun 🙂

So God is amazing. I was just telling my husband exactly what you posted above and that I can’t get myself to work out because I feel like it is pointless and I will never be able to loose the weight and fell good about myself again.
