Hey friends! Time for a quick recap of the past month! As per the usual, the beginning of summer is always crazy for me as we adjust to a new routine, attend baseball/softball games and practices, and try to enjoy all the last-minute invites to ice cream, cookouts, and sleepovers!
If you follow me on instagram, you saw a fun girl’s trip with some of my other blogging girlfriends to New York City! We try and get together once a year and boy what a trip this was! We enjoyed time at The Today Show, visiting our friend Candace Cameron Bure at The View, shopping, eating, and lots of laughs! The blogging/online world is an interesting world so it’s good to be with friends who are like-minded! Always a great time of encouragement! Here are a few pics in case you missed them on instagram!

Next, I want to remind you of a 3-part series that I wrote last year about “A Mama’s Guide to a Fit Summer.” The 3 parts being exercise, healthy eating, and space. I want to encourage you with some tips and practical advice on how to wade your way through the unique challenges of summer. I am a mom too so I get it! Share with a friend who may need the encouragement!
