Hey there! I often post short 15 second exercise video clips on Facebook and instagram but rarely put them on my blog. I know that some of you don’t follow on social media, or you might want to pin the exercise so I am going to try and get them up on the blog more regularly!
Add this at the end of an upper body workout! Do 3 sets of 12-15 or set a timer and use various increments to get through it!
1) Push-up to punch
2) Push-Up with band
3) Plank tuck jumps
