This is one of my favorite crockpot recipes. I’ve passed this recipe onto many people! My whole family loves it. (The sour cream/greek yogurt is a must in this soup!)
White Chicken Chili

♦ 3 15oz cans Great Northern beans, drained
♦ 8 oz. cooked and shredded chicken breasts (canned chicken can be used!)
♦ 1 cup chopped onions
♦ 1 1/2 cups chopped yellow, red or green bell peppers
♦ 2 jalapeno chili peppers, stemmed, seeded and chopped (optional)
♦ 2 garlic cloves, minced
♦ 2 tsp. ground cumin
♦ 1/2 tsp. salt
♦ 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
♦ 3 1/2 cups chicken broth
♦ sour cream (or plain greek yogurt)
♦ shredded cheddar cheese
♦ tortilla chips
Directions
Combine all ingredients except sour cream, cheddar cheese, and chips in slow cooker. Cover. Cook on low 8-10 hrs, or high 4-5 hrs. Ladle into bowls and top individual servings with sour cream, cheddar cheese, and chips

Sounds simple and delicious! Will be making this one!
Great minds Clare!!!! I just made White Chili this week too!!! Wohoo! Love this recipe!
If you start with raw chicken & cook wouldn’t it shred when done? Have a similar recipe that calls for 3-4 raw chicken breasts, cooks 6 hours on low & the meat just shreds apart when done. So yummy!!
It will shred! That is what I do with all of my chicken crock pot recipes 🙂
I was reading this recipe and my husband said, I would love some chilli tonight!
Looks like we will be having this!
Thanks for sharing :o)
Yum! I have chicken in the fridge and this is what’s happening to it! Thanks 🙂
I also have the same tablecloth in the picture! So cute!
