I think we’ve all been there. Days. Weeks. Months. Years. It’s when low self-esteem comes knocking on our door. It can go in waves for many of us and for others it’s more consistent. Either way, it’s something we all struggle with.

I read the Roo article and it really hit home. I have a very stressful life and added a stressful job 3 months ago. I have only 5 more months before a big change is happening in my life that should relieve some of my stress.
Meanwhile, I am working on stratagems to take care of me. I am the glue that hold everything together and I needed this “kick in the pants” to take inventory. I am doing pretty well, and gave myself a little pat on the back for joining up with My fitness pal.
I can’t go on everyday, as I am on the computer all week at work and when I am home I don’t get on too much. But a once a week reflection is a good thing.
