I decided to put the pictures, scriptures, and prayers up here every week so that those who may want them can follow. You can do this challenge starting any day because honestly, who couldn’t use a little planking, thanking, and praying at any month?!

I am jumping into this in second week. Just back from Rev Well instructor training and was going to take a little recovery time, but feel this is something I can still do, despite some pain and soreness. I need to strengthen my core more and what better way.

I am confused. This says it is Week 1 but the challenge says it is from Nov 1-30. I can’t find a previous post with any information. I want to do this challenge. I don’t know how long to hold the planks or if I need to sign up to continue to receive the challenges.

Hi Cindy! Yes–this probably is a little confusing because it isn’t an “official” challenge that I’m in charge of. It’s also housed primarily on instagram, so if you don’t have an account or follow me there, you can’t be eligible for the prizes!
I decided to put these up the week AFTER I do them so that those who may want to do their own planks giving challenge could do so! You can follow along live now on my instagram (clarepeak313). As far as how long you can hold the planks–we say 1 minute–or however long it takes you to pray! Hope this made sense!
