New Move Monday: Upper Body V-Series with Band

I’m not exactly sure what happens to me when I get in front of a camera, but I’m all of a sudden….nice?! I do NOT teach like this in front of my class—at least from what my students say! :)

This exercise will work the upper body: chest, upper back, shoulders and triceps!! It’s easy to do anywhere and you won’t break a sweat!

    well, i know i’ll try anything to get arms like those!! did some of the abs/lower back exercises this morning and can’t wait to add this to the arm rotation :). love it!

    Woohoo! I LOVE my resistance band. Plus, your super toned arms and back are great motivation. Bring on the bikini and tank top season. Oh wait, we are just starting winter.
